Experimental Study on the Bearing Capacity of Reinforced Concrete Pipes with Corrosion-Thinning Defects Repaired by UHP-ECC Mortar Spraying

The in situ spraying method is widely used because of its advantages as a trenchless pipeline repair technology, including fast construction speed and close bonding between the lining layer reinforced concrete pipe. However, current research on high-performance spray materials, bearing capacity pipelines before after repair, failure modes two interfaces insufficient. Through laboratory tests designed with multiple sets control tests, this paper outlines corrosion thinning defects repaired ultra-high-performance concrete. variation law residual pipes influence different degrees, thicknesses, interface forms were studied following UHP-ECC for pipe repair. results showed that structure decreased an increase thickness pipeline. After concrete, corroded greatly improved. When thicknesses same, was very different. implanted nails, carried out improved most, followed by naturally bonded interface. plastic film pasted interface, least.
